These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the luckpot platform. By creating an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read carefully before registering.

You must be 21 years of age or older to create a luckpot account. Age is verified via government-issued Philippine ID during KYC. No exceptions.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. luckpot operates under a PAGCOR license and all disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency accounts are maintained.
Each individual may hold only one luckpot account. Duplicate accounts are suspended and balances withheld pending investigation under PAGCOR requirements.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution rates. Bonus terms are published individually for each promotion.
luckpot provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and loss ceilings. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all responsible gaming provisions herein.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of luckpot's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age threshold reflects the minimum age for casino-style gambling under Philippine regulations applicable to luckpot's PAGCOR operating license. luckpot enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to request additional age documentation at any time.

The luckpot platform is operated for and directed at players who are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. Players located in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or use the platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing luckpot from their location is lawful. luckpot makes no representations regarding the legality of the platform outside of the Philippine jurisdiction.
Each individual may register and maintain only one luckpot account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is a serious breach of these Terms. luckpot employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate registrations. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances reviewed, and the matter escalated to PAGCOR's compliance unit where required.
Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all stages of registration and verification. This includes legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, residential address, and all supporting KYC documentation. luckpot reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with verified identity records.
Employees of luckpot, its affiliated entities, payment partners, software providers, and the immediate family members or household members of such employees are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming activities on the platform, except where expressly permitted in writing by luckpot's compliance department.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their mobile number, username, and password. luckpot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) for all logins. Any activity conducted through a Player's account while logged in will be treated as authorized by the account holder unless the Player has notified luckpot support of unauthorized access without undue delay.
Before accessing real-money deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, every Player must complete luckpot's KYC verification process. This requires submission of a clear photographic copy of one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or Philippine passport. luckpot's verification team reviews submissions and aims to complete the review within 15 minutes during operating hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may have real-money access suspended.
In compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended, luckpot may at any time request additional documentation from a Player to satisfy enhanced due diligence requirements. This may include proof of source of funds, proof of residential address, or additional identity documentation. Players are required to cooperate promptly with such requests. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending regulatory review.
luckpot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its discretion where: (a) the Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) luckpot reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or irregular activity; (c) the Player's identity cannot be satisfactorily verified; or (d) PAGCOR or a competent regulatory authority requires such action. In cases of suspension for cause, luckpot will provide written notice to the registered email address where reasonably practicable.
luckpot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. luckpot reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time with or without advance notice.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to a Player's luckpot account within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within 5 to 15 minutes subject to the sending institution's processing times. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits that are displayed within the Wallet section of the Player's account at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Player's verified name. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for standard amounts below ₱50,000 are typically processed within 5 minutes. Amounts exceeding ₱50,000, or withdrawals from accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence review, may take up to 24 hours to process. luckpot does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
All account transactions are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). luckpot does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees charged by the receiving institution, which are outside luckpot's control. For USDT deposits and withdrawals, the PHP equivalent is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
luckpot is subject to the provisions of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Republic Act No. 9160, as amended by Republic Act No. 10365 and Republic Act No. 11521. luckpot is required to report covered transactions and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Deposits and withdrawals that trigger AMLA reporting thresholds will be subject to enhanced review. Players are prohibited from using the luckpot platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
All bonuses and promotions offered by luckpot are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for matters directly addressed therein. Where a matter is not addressed in the specific promotional terms, these general Terms apply.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real-Money Funds or withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal request is permitted. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slot games typically contribute 100%; bingo and arcade games contribute at rates specified per promotion; live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Players are required to review the specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus before accepting.
Each bonus offer carries a validity period commencing from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Player's account. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not satisfied wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation. luckpot will not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
luckpot takes a firm approach to bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using hedging, arbitrage, or low-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; using automated software or bots; and collusion with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, luckpot reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abusive activity.

All virtual games available on luckpot — including slot machines, virtual table games, and arcade titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by an approved third-party testing laboratory. The RNG certification and published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all games are filed with PAGCOR and are binding operational parameters. luckpot does not alter RTPs after certification. Players may view the published RTP for any game in the game information panel.
Live dealer games on luckpot are streamed from purpose-built studio facilities with real dealers, real cards, and real game equipment. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game play and are not subject to software RNG manipulation. Live games are subject to the standard rules applicable to each game variant as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome is recorded server-side and the result applied to the Player's account upon reconnection.
In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, or game error that produces an incorrect outcome or an outcome that is inconsistent with the intended game rules, luckpot reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous outcome — including display errors, software bugs, or incorrectly configured game parameters — are not valid and will not be paid. luckpot will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players of any voidance.
Sports betting markets on luckpot, including those covering PBA, NBA, boxing, UFC, and other events, are governed by specific sports betting rules published within the Sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change up until event start unless otherwise stated. In-play odds may change rapidly. luckpot reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has materially commenced where in-play markets were incorrectly made available.
luckpot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckpot platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
luckpot employs continuous monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Suspected violations are reviewed by the compliance team and escalated to PAGCOR where required under reporting obligations.
All intellectual property rights in and to the luckpot platform — including but not limited to the luckpot name and logo, website design and layout, software architecture, game presentation layers, marketing content, and any luckpot-originated game titles — are owned by luckpot or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckpot platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Players to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the luckpot platform; create derivative works; use luckpot's trademarks or logos without prior written authorization; or frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any third-party website or service.
Third-party game content accessible through the luckpot platform — including games developed by Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Play'n GO, and other licensed providers — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by luckpot under licence. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective owners.
luckpot provides its services on an "as available" basis. While luckpot endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable. luckpot is not liable for losses or inconvenience resulting from planned or unplanned platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckpot's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total real-money funds held in the Player's luckpot account at the time the relevant claim arises. luckpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
luckpot is not liable for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party service providers, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, game software providers, or telecommunications carriers. Players acknowledge that luckpot's ability to process deposits, withdrawals, and game sessions is dependent on the continued availability of these third-party services.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. Players make all gaming and wagering decisions voluntarily and at their own risk. luckpot provides game information, RTP data, and responsible gaming tools to support informed decision-making, but cannot be responsible for individual game outcomes or financial losses resulting from a Player's choice to wager.
luckpot collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at luckpot.one/privacy-policy. By registering on the luckpot platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
luckpot complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. All personal data collected is processed for legitimate gaming operations purposes, including KYC verification, payment processing, PAGCOR and AMLC compliance reporting, fraud prevention, and the delivery of customer support services. luckpot does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
luckpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luckpot will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on luckpot.one and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address or in-app notification.
Continued use of the luckpot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.
The version of these Terms with the highest "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page is the version currently in force. luckpot may maintain an archive of prior versions on request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the luckpot platform, or any transaction conducted through luckpot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or the dispute resolution processes administered by PAGCOR where applicable under its licensing conditions.
Players located outside of the Philippines who access the platform in breach of applicable local law do so at their own risk and acknowledge that Philippine law governs these Terms regardless of their location.
Regulatory oversight: luckpot's operations are regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under the authority of Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended). Players with unresolved complaints may escalate disputes to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels. luckpot will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or investigation.
Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the luckpot platform should contact luckpot's customer support team as a first step. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via live chat on the luckpot platform and by email. luckpot aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.
If a Player is not satisfied with luckpot's response to a complaint after completing the internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory complaints channel. PAGCOR maintains authority to investigate complaints against licensed operators and may direct remedial action where a breach of licensing conditions is found.
